​The NDIS provides funding for reasonable and necessary support to people living with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. Early intervention supports can also be provided for eligible people with disabilities or children with developmental delays.

Feels Like Home has established relationships with several NDIS plan managers and NDIS allied health professionals to ensure that we can provide individuals and their families quality care whilst still promoting independent living for each client.

 

Feels Like Home will provide ongoing support and continuity of care, regularly reviewing your Care Plan and coordinating with your caregivers. From companionship to nursing care, a few hours a week to 24/7, Feels Like Home will work with you to achieve your short- and long-term goals.
